Membership Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which individuals may apply for and participate in Business Social Club by Kamreno (“the Club”).

By applying for membership, paying the membership fee, or participating in Club activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Club

Business Social Club by Kamreno is a curated, invitation-only social–business circle created and curated by its Founder, Renata Kaminska.

The Club is:

  • not a networking group

  • not a lead-generation platform

  • not a promotional channel

Participation is based on shared values, respectful behaviour, and thoughtful, high-quality engagement within a curated environment.  The Club operates with different membership levels designed to balance access, curation, and community integrity.

2. Membership Eligibility & Application

2.1 Membership is by invitation or approved enquiry only.

2.2 To apply for membership, individuals must:

  • complete the membership application form, and

  • pay the applicable membership fee.

2.3 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Final approval of membership rests solely with the Founder.

2.4 The Club reserves the right to decline or discontinue membership where alignment with the Club’s values or standards cannot be maintained. Approval is based not only on application details but also on alignment with the Club’s values and overall community composition.

3. Membership Fees

3.1 Membership is charged on an annual basis, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 The membership fee:

  • secures Founding Member status, including access to the Club, its members’ circle, and associated privileges as defined at the time of joining.

  • supports the operation, curation, and administration of the Club.

3.3 Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of the Club in exceptional circumstances.

3.4 Founding Members are early participants of the Club and may benefit from preferential access, pricing, and selected privileges reflecting their early support. These benefits are defined at the time of joining and may differ from future membership offerings.

3.A. Membership Categories

3A.1 The Club operates with two primary forms of participation: Founding Membership and Guest Participation.

3A.2 Founding Membership
Founding Members are early participants of the Club and may benefit from enhanced access and preferential conditions, including priority invitations, selected complimentary experiences, and early-stage privileges.

These benefits are linked to the membership phase at the time of joining and are intended to recognise early support of the Club.

3A.3 Guest Participation
The Club may, at its discretion, allow a limited number of non-members (“Guests”) to attend selected events.

Guest participation is subject to approval and availability and provides limited access to the Club experience. Guest participation does not include full membership benefits, priority access, or private member privileges.

3A.4 The Club reserves the right to approve or decline Guest participation to maintain the quality and integrity of the community.

4. Events, Activities & Access

4.1 Membership (both Founding and Guest) provides eligibility to attend selected Club activities and events, subject to availability, curation, and membership level.

4.2 Events and activities may be:

  • complimentary,

  • cost-covering, or

  • paid premium experiences.

4.3 Event pricing, where applicable, will be communicated in advance.

4.4 Attendance at events is subject to availability and, in some cases, separate registration or payment.

4.5 The Club does not guarantee access to all events due to capacity or curation considerations. The Club reserves the right to amend event details, including venue, timing, or format, where necessary.

5. Member Benefits & Access

5.1 Membership provides access to a curated set of benefits designed to support connection, perspective, and participation within the Club.

5.2  Benefits may vary depending on membership type (Founding Member or Guest Member) and availability. Depending on the membership phase and availability, these benefits may include:

  • eligibility to attend Club events and experiences (some complimentary, some paid separately);

  • access to members-only communications and announcements;

  • inclusion in a private members’ directory to facilitate discreet connections;

  • opportunities to participate in curated gatherings, talks, or experiences;

  • access to selected partner privileges or preferential conditions, where offered;

  • optional concierge support (on request and subject to an additional fee), including personal assistance with organising private dinners, reservations, or curated experiences for Members who value trusted guidance and time-saving support;

  • access to additional benefits introduced during the membership period.

5.3 Certain benefits may be limited, time-bound, or available only to specific membership phases (e.g. Founding Members).

5.4 The Club reserves the right to modify, evolve, or discontinue specific benefits as the Club develops, while maintaining the overall value and intent of membership.

5.5. Membership provides access to the Club and its curated environment; it does not guarantee specific outcomes, introductions, or commercial opportunities.

6. Member Directory & Communications

6.1 Members (including Founding Members and Guest Members) agree that, as part of participation in the Club, their name and selected professional details may be included in a private, members-only directory.

6.2 The directory is accessible only to approved Founding Members and is intended to facilitate direct, discreet connections.

6.3 Guest Members may have limited visibility within the Club environment. The organiser may, at its discretion, facilitate introductions or share relevant details with Founding Members where appropriate and aligned with the nature of the interaction.

6.4 Members may also be invited to participate in members-only communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp groups), which are moderated and curated.

6.5 Members may request removal from the directory or communication channels at any time by contacting the Founder via email.

7. Photography, Media & Visibility Consent

7.1 From time to time, photography and video content may be captured during Club events and activities.

7.2 By attending Business Social Club events, participants, including Members and Guests, acknowledge and agree that:

  • content may be used for promotional, marketing, editorial, and press purposes;

  • content may appear on the Club’s website, social media channels, press releases, and external media publications;
  • participants grant the Club the right to use their image, likeness, and voice without compensation.

7.3 If a participant prefers not to appear in media content, they must inform the organiser in writing before the event or notify the team upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect such requests.

7.4 Participants may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting the Club. The Club will discontinue future use where reasonably practicable.

7.5 The Club commits to using all media content in a respectful, tasteful, and brand-aligned manner.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

8.1 Members (including Founding Members and Guest Members) are expected to:

  • act with respect, discretion, and consideration towards others,

  • avoid aggressive selling, self-promotion, or solicitation,

  • respect privacy and confidentiality within the Club.

Members are also expected to respect the curated nature of the Club and contribute positively to the overall experience of others.

8.2 The Club reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate membership where behaviour is deemed inconsistent with the Club’s values or standards.

Any such action will be handled discreetly and fairly.

9. Withdrawal & Termination

9.1 Members may withdraw from the Club at any time by notifying the Founder in writing. Guest participation may be discontinued at any time.

9.2 Membership fees already paid are not refundable upon withdrawal.

9.3 The Club may terminate membership where necessary to protect the integrity, culture, or safety of the community.

10. Liability

10.1 Participation in Club events and activities is voluntary.

10.2 The Club accepts no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or damage for Members or Guest Members, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.3 Members attend events and activities at their own discretion and responsibility.

10.4. The Club does not accept responsibility for interactions, agreements, or arrangements made between Members or Guests outside of organised Club activities.
